Unlimited Membership participation allows for an unlimited number of washes for each registered vehicle for the one-month period from the activation date of the program.
Membership requires a license plate number to link the vehicle to your account. If you are issued a new license plate, you will need to update your plate number in the Clean View Auto Wash app or contact us to transfer your membership to the new license plate.
If your license plate is too damaged to be read by our cameras, we may place an RFID sticker inside the front lower driver’s side windshield. RFID stickers cannot be placed behind tinted windshield glass.
The monthly program fee will be automatically charged to customers’ Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit card on the same day every month as the original sign-up date.
In the event that the customer wishes to cancel the membership, cancellation must be received by filling out our cancelation form online at cvwash.com/cancel. Please provide at least five working days before your billing date to effect the cancellation of the program. If participation is canceled mid-month, there will be no refund for the remaining days of the month.
Clean View Auto Wash may at its sole and complete discretion, terminate any customer’s unlimited membership account at any time. Clean View Auto Wash will make a reasonable attempt to notify in advance the customer whose monthly pass has been terminated.
There are no partial month(s) refunds.
Unlimited members must contact Clean View Auto Wash to give notification when any contact or billing information changes such as address, e-mail, or credit/debit card information. Members can update their information in the Clean View Auto Wash app, calling 888-699-WASH (9274), or visiting any of our locations during business hours.
In the event Clean View Auto Wash is unable to charge a customer’s credit/debit card due to card expiration or change in information, the customer’s program will be deactivated immediately. Clean View Auto Wash will attempt to notify customers immediately should an issue arise.
Unlimited memberships are not valid with commercial vehicles. Commercial vehicles consist of vehicles in taxi and limousine fleets, Uber, Lyft vehicles in delivery fleets, vehicles that are part of a company or governmental agency owned fleets and that are used in the regular functions of that companies/agencies regular business.
Clean View Auto Wash reserves the right to close due to inclement weather, major holidays, routine maintenance, or equipment failures/upgrades.
Clean View Auto Wash may increase monthly rates with notice posted at the site at least 30 days in advance.
Promotional discounts for unlimited memberships are valid for new customers only. If you are caught using promotional discounts twice on the same vehicle, we will charge you the difference.
By signing up for the membership, you agree to receive electronic communications by email and text.
